During the Symposium, there will be an exhibition of medical equipment, pharmaceutical products and programs. Companies interested should contact congress organizer or technical organizer for additional information.
The official Meeting language is English. There will be no translation provided.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants.
Participants of the congress will be rated according to the Croatian Medical Chamber regulations.
CLOAKROOM AND LUGGAGE
The cloakroom is located at the reception of the hotel. Please refer to floor plan for orientation.
In Croatia Elecricity is supplied at 220V, 50Mz. For some devices from countries abroad converters will be needed.
*UK participants will need to use an adopter for European electricity grid.
*US participants will need to use a transformer and an adopter for European

Neither the Organizers nor the PCO accept any liability for damages and/or losses of any kind which may be incurred by the Meeting participants or by any persons accompanying them, both during the official activities and excursions. Delegates participate in all tours/events at his/her own risk. Participants are advised to take out insurances against loss, accidents or damage that could be incurred during the Meeting. Verbal agreements will not be binding unless they are confirmed in writing. Sole place of jurisdiction is Dubrovnik, Croatia. Croatian law is applicable.
Internet connections are available in all hotel via wireless - please contact the reception desk of the hotel for Internet access upon arrival.
All participants will have access to complementary Wi-Fi in the Symposium area. Access information will be provided at onsite registration.
LOST AND FOUND
Please hand in all found items and ask for lost items at the registration desk at the ground floor.
All meeting rooms for the Symposium are located in the hotel Radisson Blu at ground floor.
MOBILE PHONES / AUDIO & VIDEO
Use of mobile phones as well as audio & video recording is strictly prohibited within the scientific session rooms. Please ensure you have your mobile phone swithed off when attending a session.
